My besties and I tried something new today! Orange Theory Fitness! It’s always sad when you realize just how out of shape you are (I speak for myself of course), but at least we’ve taken a step in the right direction!! It’s pretty cool, you wear a heart rate monitor so that you have a better ability to adjust your workouts to get the best results, then a personal trainer walks you through it step by step… I think I’m a fan:). And look, we’re all smiles after our workout. That’s a good sign!
